Easy Pecan and Oatmeal Breakfast

Having a healthy breakfast is the key to getting a good start to your day. Ingredients

  • ½ cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if you prefer!)
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup of berries
  • 4 tbsp plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3-4 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine oats, water, and salt, and refrigerate overnight.
  • Reheat the mixture in the morning or eat it cold if you prefer.
  • Add pecans, berries, yogurt, and honey.
