Still hasn’t shipped!! No gift for my mom!
I placed my order 11/26/24. Contacted customer service on 12/5/24 after I did not receive shipping confirmation or a tracking#.. I was told it would be shipped 12/9/24. Today is 12/19/24. It has not shipped! No contact informing me of a delay! I’m panicked.
