I ordered chocolate covered pecans mid March. We had a week of warmer temperatures. Unfortunately the pecans sat on a delivery truck for two days before they were delivered.
Here’s what mattered most, when I called mascot to get the melted pecans replaced, they politely explained that do the warmer weather they were afraid to replace the pecans. Even though it was not their fault or my fault, they refunded me the full amount of the pecans without question.
Not only is their product. Outstanding, their customer service is equal to are better. Thank you mascot for putting the customer first.
Always enjoy the pecan caramel clusters from Mascot. The individually wrapped pieces is just another plus to add to the superb taste of this candy. There is none better than Mascot in my eyes! 😋

I first found the Peppermint Rounds on QVC but couldn’t reorder there, so I went directly to the Mascot website. They are creamy and just the right amount of peppermint. I love them! I also bought a sampler of nuts and dark chocolate covered coconut. Everything is so yummy!! I will definitely order again.

These are my family's favorite chocolate covered peanuts! Got them one year as a gift and my parent's have tried multiple brands over the years but have never liked any of them except the Mascot brand. They have just the right amount of chocolate and the best taste overall of any we've tried.

I ordered a bucket of your dark chocolate clusters from QVC for Christmas. They were absolutely delicious. I came to your website to order more. The 4lbs is a huge amount of chocolates and I am enjoying them very much. The dark chocolate and pecans melt together deliciously. I'll be back for more in the fall.
