I placed an order well in advance for Christmas gifts. When I checked on it I was told that it was held because they needed make more product. I explained that I would not be in town by the time they shipped it. They told me there was nothing they could do about it (basically, they didn't care). I contacted the shipper and paid them $10 to hold my package until my return and to deliver it on January 2nd. This seemingly was going to happen, however my package still has not arrived as of January 5th and there is no expected delivery date listed. I will not make the same mistake again...... customer service at Mascot is not the best and I won't continue to support a company that doesn't care about it's customers.
