When are new crop pecans available?
Usually around the first week of November.
Do you offer corporate gifts?
Yes! Many of our items are especially suited for business gift giving. Please contact us to discuss the details of your order.
Do you offer discounts on large business gift orders?
We offer a discount program for our corporate orders based on the total dollar amount of your order. Please contact us for more information.
How can I check my Pecan Points balance and redeem them?
You can find the value of your points in the launcher (rewards tab
on the lower left of our site) after you're signed in to your account.
- Sign in to your account on our site: https://mascotpecan.com/account/login
- Click the 'Rewards' tab on the bottom right.
- Click 'Ways to Redeem' and redeem your desired amount of points
- Click 'Your Rewards' and then redeem your code to save on your next purchase!
How do you ship your products?
We ship Monday – Friday via UPS Ground. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours and will arrive within 2-5 business days.
Where do you ship to?
We are able to ship to the continental United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.
Can you ship to PO/APO addresses?
At this time, we are unable to ship to PO/APO addresses.
Will I be charged if the address I entered is incorrect?
Please check all addresses before submitting your order. We can not be held responsible for orders that are lost or late due to incorrect shipment addresses. If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you and let you know. If the gift is to be re-sent to a different address, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fee.
Do you ship year-round?
Yes, all items except for chocolate are available year-round. Chocolate items are available from approximately October through February.
